Bude Beach  A large sandy beach which is dog-friendly all year round. Please remember to 'Scoop the Poop' to ensure that beaches remain dog-friendly and safe for use by all. Many beaches have some restrictions regarding dogs and we would advise that you contact the local tourist information centre concerned before setting out to ensure that the information contained on our site is correct.

Whitby Beach  Dog restrictions apply on the main south beach during the summer months but much of the lovely sandy beach to the north - all the way to Sandsend - is acessible to dogs & their owners! Bournemouth Beach  There are certain restrictions on some of Bournemouths beaches during the summer months but dogs are allowed "to the west of Durley Chine and east of Fisherman's Walk up to Hengistbury Head" during that time. Whitby Abbey - English Heritage  Whitby, North Yorkshire 01947 603568 Dogs on leads (restircted areas - not allowed in visitor centre). Whitby BEACH: A good stretch of beach to the north of Whitby - towards Sandsend - is also dog friendly.

Filey Beach  5 mile stretch of beautiful sandy beach. Although there are 'dog restrictions' during the summer months there's also a huge amount of beach available to walk dogs. Seaton - Downderry Beach, near Looe  Dog friendly all year round with bins provided. safe river that flows to the sea which is great for children to play in too .cafe,shop and toilets there also. This beach suggested by one of our users.

Fraisthorpe Beach, nr Bridlington  A very popular beach where there are no dog restrictions. Low clay cliffs makes fairly easy access. Access is The seaside resort of Bridlington is a pleasant 2 mile stroll along the beach. A car park (fee payable) is situated right on the cliff top, also toilet facilities & cafe.
