Great Yarmouth Beach  A great beach here, it's at Gt Yarmouth, a lovely sandy beach. It's at the docks end of Yarmouth. I love it there & so do my dogs, highly recommended. This beach suggested by site user Suka.

East Runton Beach, just up from Cromer, towards Sheringham  Site user recommends: this is a dog friendly beach with lots of space to run about. Handy dog- waste box at entrance to the beach.

Skegness Beach  Brilliant sandy beach stretching north of the pier for about 1 &-a-half to 2 miles towards Winthorpe - where there are 2 dog friendly cafes and a pub! This entry suggested by site user BeachBaby Please remember to 'Scoop' and keep these beaches dog-friendly and safe for all!

Hornsea  Hornsea is a lovely small seaside town on the coast of East Yorkshire. Beyond a certain part of the beach central to the ameneties, dogs are allowed all year round. Miles of golden sand (it is possible to walk from Hornsea up the coast 6 miles to Skipsea - probaby won't see another soul on the way). Dog Friendly Britain site users suggestion

Fraisthorpe Beach, nr Bridlington  A very popular beach where there are no dog restrictions. Low clay cliffs makes fairly easy access. Access is The seaside resort of Bridlington is a pleasant 2 mile stroll along the beach. A car park (fee payable) is situated right on the cliff top, also toilet facilities & cafe.

Hayling Island Beach  The beach along the south coast of the island allows dogs on most parts. The beach as usual is mainly shingle/pebble with some sandy patches. Plenty of parking in various pay & display car parks along the shore. At least a couple miles of beach walking on offer. This beach suggested by site user Tim.

Durdle Door  Very Steep Steps and path to access beach. However once there sea is very inviting steady slope into water which was very clear.Also coastal path runs along top of cliffs.Again ample parking(pay &display).Access to car park is through a caravan park that allows dogs to stay This beach suggested by site user Tim.

Ringstead Bay  Short walk from car park. This beach was ok, mostly pebbles, easy access to both beach and sea. This beach suggested by site user Tim. Many beaches have some restrictions regarding dogs and we would advise that you contact the local tourist information centre concerned before setting out to ensure that the information contained on our site is correct.

Eype in Dorset  Site user recommends: Eype in Dorset - between Chideock and West Bay is a pebble beach where dogs are welcome at all times.

Charmouth - East Beach  Site user recommends:Charmouth-East Beach, before 10am and after 6pm. Mainly sand and great fun for dogs who love to run in the sea as it is gently shelving. You can walk a couple of miles along this beach and collect fossils while you're at it. As with all beaches - please clean up after your dog!

Beer in Devon  Site user recommends: Beer in Devon, between Seaton and Sidmouth. Dogs are allowed on the East Beach to the left of the slipway, again this is a pebble beach. It has the added advantage of having a lovely pub the Anchor Inn with a glorious garden overlooking the sea where dogs are welcome also.
