Bridlington Beach  Summer restrictions on the main beaches in summer but a large area to the south of the town - stretching for miles - is available for dogs and their owners. Please remember to 'Scoop the Poop' to ensure that beaches remain dog-friendly and safe for use by all.

Sandringham Country Park  Dogs are allowed in the Country Park (but not the House, Museum & Gardens) at Sandringham. There are many country paths to explore. Alternatively, tractor and trailor tours often provide an easy way to see the park.

Studland Beach in Dorset - National Trust  Studland Beach in Dorset is a wonderful place for dogs and owners to relax and have fun. There are three and a half miles of beach and plenty of dunes to explore. Dogs are welcome at Studland but, for the enjoyment of others, restrictions are in place at certain times of year.

Cirencester Park  Cirencester Park is open to the public free of charge, on foot and on horseback, by kind permission of the Earl Bathurst. Please ensure you note and comply with the opening times and rules shown (see website link below). Opening times 8am to 5pm. Superb walk for your dogs here in a park which is conveniently positioned adjacent to the Caravan Club site. Please respect the 'no dogs' areas, always clear up after your dog and take your litter home!

Haldon Forest Park  Dogs are certainly welcome at Haldon Forest Park - what better way for you and your dog to get some exercise? Dog waste bins are located in the main car park, on the road leading to the Forestry Commission Office, in the Mamhead car park, and at the entrance to the Mamhead Sensory Trail.

Windsor Great Park  The parkland covers thousands of acres. Little wonder dogs love Windsor Great Park too. Dog owners, and their faithful friends are welcome all year round. Naturally, there are some restrictions - for both your safety and others - like in our car parks, where dogs must always be kept on a lead.

Charmouth - East Beach  Site user recommends:Charmouth-East Beach, before 10am and after 6pm. Mainly sand and great fun for dogs who love to run in the sea as it is gently shelving. You can walk a couple of miles along this beach and collect fossils while you're at it. As with all beaches - please clean up after your dog!

Weston Super Mare - Sand Beach  This beach, which allows dogs all year round, has been suggested by a site user who says " all beaches here are best used when the tide is in or you and your pooch may end up very muddy indeed". Another Weston Super Mare beach - Weston Beach - is open to dogs from October to March. As always, please remember to clean up after your dog!

Eype in Dorset  Site user recommends: Eype in Dorset - between Chideock and West Bay is a pebble beach where dogs are welcome at all times.

Skegness Beach  Brilliant sandy beach stretching north of the pier for about 1 &-a-half to 2 miles towards Winthorpe - where there are 2 dog friendly cafes and a pub! This entry suggested by site user BeachBaby Please remember to 'Scoop' and keep these beaches dog-friendly and safe for all!

Constantine Bay - Cornwall  Constantine Bay beach is a dog friendly beach. Please ensure you clean up after your dog and dispose of the mess in a suitable bin! As with all beaches remember to check tides!

Great Yarmouth Beach  A great beach here, it's at Gt Yarmouth, a lovely sandy beach. It's at the docks end of Yarmouth. I love it there & so do my dogs, highly recommended. This beach suggested by site user Suka.

Cleethorpes Beach  "Lovely for walking dogs" is the area of this North East Linconshire beach know as 'the fitties' says a site user. This stretch of beach is, apparently, never crowded and you'll see the friendly faces of other dog walkers as you explore this stretch of golden sand. Some rectrictions do apply to certain areas of Cleethorpes beach so please watch out for the usual notices.

Hornsea  Hornsea is a lovely small seaside town on the coast of East Yorkshire. Beyond a certain part of the beach central to the ameneties, dogs are allowed all year round. Miles of golden sand (it is possible to walk from Hornsea up the coast 6 miles to Skipsea - probaby won't see another soul on the way). Dog Friendly Britain site users suggestion

East Runton Beach, just up from Cromer, towards Sheringham  Site user recommends: this is a dog friendly beach with lots of space to run about. Handy dog- waste box at entrance to the beach.

Holkham Beach, Norfolk  Site user recommends"Holkham beach - it's about a 2 minute drive from Wells Next The Sea. You do have to pay for parking but it's for the whole day! When the tide is out - you have to walk about a mil
